For tension that feels held deep within, the soothing presence of heat can be transformative. I use hand-picked, natural stones—each with a unique shape—as a grounded extension of my hands to glide over the body. While the warmth gently settles into the skin, the resulting sensation of ease feels remarkably deep, melting away stiffness and inviting a profound relaxation. Sazanami Gentle Massage
Sazanami, meaning “Small Waves” in Japanese, is an original treatment I created for those who find traditional massage too stimulating or overwhelming. More than just a light touch, it is a dedicated sensory experience using ultra-light, flowing movements—reminiscent of a mother’s gentle caress or the rhythmic kneading of a cat. By prioritizing sensory awareness, Sazanami provides a quiet sanctuary for the nervous system, offering compassionate support for those navigating high sensitivity, chronic fatigue, or the emotional weight of grief and anxiety.

The Ritual of Breath
To help you transition from the busyness of your day into your body, each session begins and ends with three intentional breaths. This is a gentle invitation to find your center. For our opening breaths, you are invited to choose a calming scent—the bright, soothing notes of Bergamot or the classic peace of Lavender—to ground your senses and set a restorative tone.
A Comforting Environment
Your treatment takes place in a cozy, sensory-rich space featuring dimmed lighting, soft music, and a heated table to keep you warm and supported. My goal is for you to feel completely passive, allowing your mind to drift while your body is nurtured.
